The Index of Nothing

Photographic cycle — ongoing series, 2025

Silent fragments. Reassembled myths. A study of disappearance and return.

This series follows the traces of what fades — gestures, objects, identities — collected like evidence from a forgotten archive.
Each work revolves around absence and transformation: the moment after an action, the echo after speech, the memory after the body.

Constructed as digital photographs but conceived as relics, the images merge precision with erosion — smooth pixels meeting the rough texture of paper and time.
Their tone is quiet, their rhythm almost archaeological — as if the pictures were unearthed rather than made.

Together they form a meditation on loss and renewal, an inward journey that mirrors the human need to hold on, to catalogue, to understand the void.

“Nothing is ever truly gone. It only changes its way of being seen.”
